You found your way here for a reason
You're capable of everything. And quietly exhausted by all of it.
This is where we find out what's actually going on — and what to do about it.
The woman I work with
Meet Spaghetti Sally

She's smart, capable, and holding more than anyone knows. She looks completely fine from the outside — and inside, she hasn't felt like herself in longer than she can remember. She's tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. Her body has been trying to tell her something for years. She keeps meaning to deal with it. She hasn't yet. If any part of you just thought — that's me — then you're in the right place.
SHE DOES EVERYTHING
She's the one everyone else relies on. At work, at home, in every room she walks into. She wouldn't have it any other way. And she's running on empty.
HER BODY IS TALKING
Tired. Wired. Hormones off. Gut not right. Something sore that tests can't explain. She knows something's wrong. She's almost talked herself out of it more than once.
SHE KNOWS WHAT TO DO
She's read the books, tried the things, started over more times than she'd like to admit. The knowing-doing gap is real — and it's not a willpower problem.
SHE'S READY FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT
Not another programme that treats the symptom. Not another person who tells her to rest more. She wants someone who will actually find what's underneath.
THE JOURNEY
From the Spaghetti Freeway
— to the road home
01
SPAGHETTI SALLY
She arrives tangled. Everything is running at once and none of it is working. She's been on the freeway so long she's forgotten there are exits.
03
FINDING THE EXITS
The shift begins. Not through pressure or pushing harder — but through understanding what's underneath and working with it. The body starts to settle. The patterns start to change. Things that felt stuck begin to move.
02
THE SPAGHETTI FREEWAY
This is where we map what's actually going on — across brain, body and behaviour. What the body is carrying. What patterns are keeping her there. What the nervous system learned a long time ago that it hasn't been told is safe to unlearn.
04
HERSELF AGAIN
She feels like she's come home to herself. Her body isn't fighting her anymore. She's not performing fine — she actually is. She didn't change her life. She changed what was running underneath it.

THE METHODOLOGY
How the work actually unravels
The Spaghetti Freeway isn't a wellness programme. It's an integrated methodology that works across three layers simultaneously — because that's the only way the change actually sticks.

BRAIN
The patterns, beliefs and identity structures that were formed long ago and are still running the show. We make them visible — and we change them.

BODY
The physiology underneath it all. Hormones, gut, nervous system, sleep, energy. The body isn't separate from the mind. It's where the mind lives.

BEHAVIOUR
The gap between knowing and doing. Why capable women stay captured even when they know exactly what they need. This is where the real leverage is.

THE SPAGHETTI FREEWAY
The integrated framework that holds all three layers together. Because treating one thing at a time is why nothing has worked before.
About the work
A few things worth knowing
Q: What is the Spaghetti Freeway?
A: The Spaghetti Freeway is Fiona's integrated methodology for working with high-achieving women who are stuck — physically, emotionally, or behaviourally — despite knowing what they need to do. It maps what's happening across brain, body and behaviour simultaneously, finds the pattern underneath the symptoms, and creates a pathway off the freeway and back to themselves. It's not a programme. It's a framework for understanding what's actually going on.
Q: Who is Spaghetti Sally?
A: Spaghetti Sally is Fiona's name for the woman who arrives at her practice tangled. She's capable, high-achieving, and holding more than anyone around her knows. Everything is running at once and none of it is quite working. She's been on the freeway so long she's forgotten there are exits. Most of the women Fiona works with recognise themselves in Sally immediately — not because they're struggling, but because they've been managing so well for so long that they've stopped noticing the cost.
Q: What does Brain · Body · Behaviour mean in practice?
A: It means Fiona works across three layers in every session. Brain — the identity patterns, beliefs and nervous system responses that were formed long ago and are still running the show. Body — the physiology: hormones, gut, energy, sleep, and the physical symptoms that are often the body's way of communicating what words haven't reached yet. Behaviour — the gap between knowing and doing, and why capable women stay captured even when they know exactly what they need. Working all three simultaneously is what makes the change stick.
Q: What is neurofeedback and is it something you offer?
A: Neurofeedback is a form of nervous system training that works directly with brainwave patterns — below the level of language and conscious memory. Fiona worked with neurofeedback while employed in a psychiatrist's practice in South Australia, implementing treatment under clinical supervision with veterans whose nervous systems had been shaped by trauma. It isn't something she offers independently, but that experience gave her a depth of understanding of how the nervous system holds and stores experience that directly informs everything she does now.
Q: Do you work with organisations as well as individuals?
A: Yes. Through RAPID Results, Fiona works with organisations who understand that their best people running on empty is a performance and retention issue, not just a wellness one. She works with leaders and middle managers at the level of brain, body and behaviour — addressing the patterns underneath burnout, decision fatigue, and disengagement.
